全面的培訓管理咨詢涵蓋一系列有先后順序的活動，不同階段活動的側重點不同，因此，廣義的管理咨詢又包括相對獨立的四種服務方式：客戶診斷、方案設計、輔助實施、管理顧問。客戶可選擇做全面的咨詢合作，也可選擇要求提供側重點的或階段性的咨詢服務。
